I am currently a student studying exercise science/ kinesiology in North Carolina and plan on going to Physician's Assistant school. I am also a personal trainer and medic on the side!

My favorite books tend to be philosophical, such as Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Favorite movie is invictus. Favorite bands are Daft Punk, City and Colour, and Rage Against the Machine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Used my EMT training to help deliver a baby off-duty, it was one of the most stressful but amazing experiences ever as a medical professional.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to teach: Exercise science knowledge and exercise tips, medical information and drawing.

I like to learn: Everything about new environments; history, culture, and fauna. Look to try out new cuisine whenever I can!
