About Me

I love meeting people from all over the world to share good moments together. Playing music, travelling, learning about your culture. I am open-minded and open for new activities, to learn more about the world, about you, about me.

Also for that I am very happy to move to France again in October, to Metz. I will work as an assistance teacher for German and I am excited to get to know this city and the people around there. And when I found a place to stay there, I will be able host again some people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is a great to meet people who have the same idea of traveling, getting to know a country, city and entering a world by sharing every-day-life surfing on couches.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of different music. Jazz, Blues, Folk, Bluegrass, Gipsy, French Chanson, Street Music (is this a genre?!), Traditional Music from different countries. Classic music. And even electronical music. And music mixing different music styles...
I continue discovering new music every day.

I like music movies. And road movies. Or both of it. And even other genres. ;)
But more independent art films than those stereotype love story or action films.

There is a long list of books I want to read one day.
Books I read and I liked:
Fronth of the day - Boris Vian (L'écume des jours)
Siddhartha - Herman Hesse
The Alchimist - Paolo Coelho

Anyway, there is so much more to discover, to hear, to see, to read. Fortunately.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A magic jam session: This summer I participated in a intercultural art project in France and one night, I was improvising on my guitar outside. It had been a crazy stressful day. And I wanted to be a bit for myself.
A friend came, sat down next to me and started to sing, improvising lyrics and melody. It was a very intimate and melancholic atmosphere. Without any necessity to speak. We felt so comfortable.
Then, another friend came and joined us. And another. And after half an hour there where 20 people around us, and everybody joined this singing improvising circle.
So many voices and just one guitar. We continued for two hours without stopping. We sang, we laughed, we shared this magic moment. We felt so free singing and expressing whatever we wanted.
I was so happy.
