ABOUT ME

I would describe myself as very outgoing and tolerant and I always love to meet new people from all over the world.
I love travelling and got around quite a bit in the last couple of years especially in Europe. Also I have lived abroad twice: in 2007 I went to London for 9 month to work as an AU Pair (a nanny) in an English speaking family. IN 2010 I did my exchange abroad (Erasmus) in Finland. Both of these stays inspired me a lot and were very important phases in my life. I´m from the Western part of Germany, but I have been living and studying in Freiburg, Germany for the last 4 years....love this city and the beautiful black forest landscape that surrounds it.
I would describe myself as spontaneous, uncomplicated, fun-loving and cute..and what people most probably associate with me is - daydreaming...which must be kinda true...:-)but well, it's so hard to describe oneself...Let'S have a chat (and a beer) and you will find out!!!

PHILOSOPHY

People should not be so strict with themselves and each other. I am an ambitious person, but work does not mean everything to me. I don't live for work, but rather work to live. I wanna make a difference to this world as a teacher and provide my teenage students with the basis for future career opportunities. I really wanna work hard to make a difference to the educational system. Therefore, I have been working with students of all ages and school levels besides my studies. I am very idealistic, but not ambitious in a way that I feel like a have to climb the career ladder or something. Also I feel like I need to take my time to grow up. Hopefully I can carry on living like that for the next 2 years or something. MY life shall be about joy and pleasure and about helping others to achieve their dreams. And about great conversations with people from all over the globe....that really matters to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch-surfed in Stockholm and Uppsala, Sweden years ago. Also I hosted a girl from the USA back in my student dorm years ago. I haven't been active here for a while now and I have no intention of couchsurfing myself these days but I can offer hosting upon request.

Music: Since I moved to London mostly Indie, Rock, Pop, Alternative
before that I used to love HipHop and at the moment it seems (through the influence of people in my sourroundings) I may get back to that a little
Books: All Harry Potters, Eat Pray Love, Marshmallows for Breakfast and others
Movies: Finding Neverland, 50 first dates, Les Choristes, Mona Lisa's Smile, Little Miss Sunshine....and all sorts of German historical films such as Rosenstraße, Sophie Scholl, Goodbye Lenin...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Spent the winter in Northern Finland....3 hours of daylight and zero temperatures for almost the whole stay.
Spent some winter nights out there grilling sausages in the snow...real fun...
