I'm a 6th year med student, currently in Ankara. I love the variability of cultures, food, streets, personalities, opinions and perspectives in the whole world. Meeting people and sharing all of these with them is what I like the most about traveling.
For me, every living thing deserves to be loved. I think I get along with animals and children well, and I have been living with a cat for 7 years.

Interests

I have been painting for 6 years and I feel like the only time I can actually, totally express myself is when I paint/draw. I love using watercolour because the paint shows what is under. But I also have some works I made using oil colour, acrylic and chorcoal. I prefer making portraits and nu paintings, because natur-morte and landscape doesn't excite me that much.
I also had part in four different installation exhibitions with our visual-arts group at my university. Installation art is a free way to express oneself -or anything. No material limitations, no borders, no censorship... you can't sell or buy an installation art work, it doesn't have to be "beautiful". That's what I like about it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Music is the most essential thing in life to me. I find something to like in every genre, but my favourites are classical, alternative rock, psychedelic rock, progressive rock, jazz and triphop. Some of my favourite musicians/bands are Radiohead, Pink Floyd, The Mars Volta, Bjork, Portishead, Massive Attack, Fastball, Supertramp, The Smiths, Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Convenience, Queens of the Stone Age, Amy Winehouse, Alina Orlova, Norah Jones, The Do, Erykah Badu, Scorpions, Grizzly Bear... it goes on :)
