About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to see new places and meet new people and avoid getting a job again
ABOUT ME
I like being outside. I really really like dogs! i love to hitch-hike and hop trains across the country with my friends. i love singing. i love meeting new people and exploring. i would use this website more, but i usually just camp out when traveling or go to cities where i know people or go to the local collective house, or someone i know knows someone there or something.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe humans have made the world a pretty terrible place and we need to do the most we can to change that, but I also believe life is beautiful and we need to look around and take it all in.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just found out about this website, but I was always one to take in strangers when I had homes, hitchhikers and travelers that I met were always welcome. A lot of my friends that are still in Chicago are the same way, so if you're heading to Chicago, I can tell you about some nice homes and radical collectives to crash at.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I've been staying at friends of friends' places. I am totally cool with staying with strangers and am a nice guest who isn't messy. I also have food stamps (hopefully for a while) so I buy my hosts groceries!
Interests
I like sitting around outside smoking cigarettes and talking. I love to sing. I'd like to be more involved with activism and art, but for now I am just hanging out, seeing what's out there.
