Hello! I am Dohee from South Korea. I was a student who study politics, public administration, and now I am studying the WORLD! About 3 years ago, I was an exchange student in the Netherlands. And NOW, I am doing my internship in the Netherlands! YEAH!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the 'Couchsurfing' is the most interesting way of tour in the world! Because, through it, I can meet you. Since I was a member of CS from 2016, I met many friends in here. So precious memories in diverse cities.

Besides, house has its own story and characteristics. It is always an amazing experience to discover new place.

And I want to know people who live in that city and stay like residents not tourists.

Interests

Art(include movies), Photos, Culture, and International Relations!

I love movies regardless of genre, era and country at least it's good movie.

I love paintings especially of impressionists and surrealism. I bought Museumkaart in the Netherlands, and try to visit museums as much as possible.

I love to take pictures of landscape and people. But I am studying taking and editing pics, but not good at it at now...

Culture! So diverse and interesting!!! I know a little bit about diverse cultures! I expect to learn from you! Also I can tell you Korean cultures from traditional to trendy.

International Relations! So difficult but very meaningful. Worth to study. As I visit many countries, I want to talk about international relations. Just exchanging opinion would be so good! We are kind of diplomat in this way.

Music; Pop(Adele, Sia, etc.), New age(Yiruma, Joe Hisaishi, etc.), some of electronic music

Movies; The Great Gatsby by Leonardo DiCaprio, Jason Bourne Series, Taipei Exchanges, The Classic, etc. Recently, I watch the film, 'Us' and 'Greenbook'

Books; Big Picture by Douglas Kennedy, all most every book by Higashino Keigo, etc. Love to read Korean modern fictions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Act and sing on the stage(only one time)! But I have learned a lot through practices. Especially for act, it was so difficult and painful but remained as precious memory.
