ABOUT ME

I'm a bit of a media activist and I'm very interested in the news and media. I'm an excellent public speaker, an occasional talk radio host, and I love horn instruments... especially if they have some dirt in em, if ya know what I mean. I ran a hostel work environment, or a makerspace with private studios if you prefer that copy. I've operated or worked with infoshops, bike co-ops, farming groups, radical space intervention groups, and other community building initiatives. Running a soup kitchen is GRUELLING!

I like to hear new stories. Fables and tales of all kinds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Usually I host, sometimes I surf. Usually I host a lot of people at once, sometimes when I surf I have a lot of people with me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just got done running a hackerspace / makerspace in Atlanta that was half makerspace half hostel. It was a lot of responsibility but it really did work out great. During that time I was really involved in the ATL occupy movement, mainly doing kitchen and logistics work.

I'd like to do more of that!
