Hi Everyone!

I am third year PhD student with a background in anthropology and environmental health. I have worked in international development since 2006. In 2009, after several years designing and implementing social inclusion programs in low-income countries, I transitioned to the global health sector. I have worked for various ministries of health, intergovernmental organizations, international non-governmental organizations, and academic institutions in North America, South America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. I am now based at the McGill Institute for Global Food Security and conducting research on social determinants of food security and undernutrition in East Africa.

In my free time, I love Latin dancing, outdoor adventure sports (hiking, biking, kayaking, scuba diving etc.), cooking, practicing languages, singing, and exploring new places!

I am happy to teach Latin dance or any of the languages I know! I always welcome an intellectual/philosophical conversation. I also enjoy singing. :-)
