ABOUT ME

Hi guys!

My names Dominic. You can call me Dom cause everyone else does. Im 23 and Im from Melbourne Australia. I live about 30 to 45 minutes from the city. Im an Air conditioning technician at home, but my passion is martial arts, Ive been studying Aikido for 8 years.

Ive been to the Americas, North and South. Couchsurfed in America and met some of the nicest people I have ever met. Thailand was fantastic and very spiritual. I felt more at home there than anywhere I have ever travelled.

Currently Im home saving to go overseas again in August, Ive already booked my tickets. I will be in England for two weeks in August and then Japan from September to November. I cant wait to meet more couchsurfers.

Anyway, I havent got any pictures of my couch yet for you guys to see, but I will definitely try and get some soon. I look forward to meeting as many of you all as I can.

Im offering a place to anyone who wants to come and hang in Melbourne. Im not to far from the city and I know about as much as anyone can know about the place. Plus Im great fun lol so Ill definitely try and make sure you have a great time too.

I havent had one yet (cause it my folks home) but I have shown around a few people I have met overseas that have come to Melbourne.

Music you say? Big Michael Jackson and 80's fan, but basically anything from Classical to some heavy metal. Books on matrtial arts philosophies and bhuddism, and I love fiction because it has no bounds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Macchu Picchu. Ive worked in construction for 4 years and I am amazed at what people accomplished without the conveniences that we have today.

Teach, Learn, Share

If anyone ever asks, I am definitely willing to share my Martial Arts knowledge with them. Or just to be a person to listen to you, and give whatever good advice I can offer.
