British guy looking to explore as much of the world as I can, meeting great people along the way, with what little time we have. I am looking to travel for some time this summer as I write masters thesis. To prospective hosts I can offer free editing of academic or other writing (in English) and English/legal tutorship, as well as free professional style photography for any prospective hosts or family members.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think meeting local people will always be the best way to explore new places, which is what couch surfing offers. I'm looking to share stories and experiences with interesting new people with a view to start hosting people myself once I get my own place.

Interests

My main hobby at this point is photography and videography. Travelling through Asia was a great opportunity to practice my skills; see my photography folder on here!

I love many sports, and play basketball. I also love watching mixed martial arts and am looking to continue practicing jiu jitsu once I have had surgery on my knee.

Trying different styles of food around the world is another great interest of mine. Mediterranean influences remain my favourite, but travelling around South East Asia in early 2019 cemented Thai cuisine as a close second.
