ABOUT ME

I got my BFA at the Maryland Institute College of Art studying Interactive Media, and now I'm working at firm doing a mix of things relating to the internet. Right now, I write and perform music with my friends Sam and Joyce in a band called Thrust Lab (myspace.com/thrustlab). Also, in my free time I work with friends in a group called Neon Gray, primarily designing nice little typefaces and things (www.neongray.info).

Interests

Making music, playing weird instruments, sequencing. Collecting things I see in series of photos. Museums, soil, plaid, synthesizers, design, documentaries. Paper, clamps, wood, and maps. Typography, cardboard, cutting mats, the cosmos, and trees... A little bit of everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode a Glacier. Sailed the high seas. Crashed a zeppelin into a mountainside and lived off the land for a year. Swallowed whole by a whale.
