I'm from Mainz, Germany. I'm a freelance photographer ( www.domenicdriessen.com ), interested in arts, music, history and whatever broadens my horizon. I like to share experiences with people from different cultures and backgrounds. What I came to realize through travels and exchange is that we are all not very different in heart. We may have different views, different experiences but in our heart we have basic human needs. That's what makes couchsurfing so beautiful. To share our cultures and views with respect for the differences or similarities.

It's always difficult to describe yourself. I like digging endlessly through youtube to find new music, need my portion of sleep and can be a little quiet in the mornings but then start to become sociable (as many people I guess). I like hanging out with a glass of wine or beer and discussing everything that comes in the mind. I'm conscious and think respect is key to a good relationship between people.
