I'm 26 and grew up in San Diego, but am currently living in Seattle and working remotely. Because of my job, I am able to be on the move around as much as I like, and I try to travel as much as I can. I'm into film and art museums, reading and bookstores, coffee and craft beer, records, historical sites, and the like.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A few years after setting up my account (I never used it!), I find myself traveling to Paris for my birthday on a solo trip. I am hoping to meet new people who can help me learn more about Parisian life and the local French culture. I’d love recommendations for the best cafes and restaurants, advice on navigating the city, someone to give me their take on local politics, and maybe just someone fun to hang out with!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was deciding on a college, my dad took me to San Francisco State and I had never seen the city before. He told me me to put on running shoes and go across the Golden Gate Bridge and he would get me on the other side. I remember rolling my eyes until and I actually began crossing and I became totally mind blown.
