About Me
Hello hello ☀️
Living in a Berlin for more than 14 years I proudly can say that a got in touch with a great variety of colourful life-Styles, mindsets and people during this time. My Twenties were broadly shaped by being a musician (drums and guitar) and playing in several bands from BigBand Jazz to Gypsy Swing Punk. At the same time I studied psychology which founded the bases for my current profession: business coaching, training and consulting.
Both, music and personal development makes my heartbeat go higher :) And both makes me meet a lot of fascinating souls, what I really enjoy.
I am enthusiastic, reliable and peaceful person. People describe me as easygoing and flexible with an optimistic nature.
I love doing sports, reading, going to concerts, festivals, fleamarkets and bars or just having a nice pick nick in the park. In the more calm moments I also sometimes find the time to meditate.
I love to get to know people and listen to their stories.
Right now I’m on holiday in the South of Germany and in a really good mood 🌻

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to a lot of different styles, depending on my mood and the atmosphere. I wouldn't even exclude David guetta, can be super fun honestly.
But I think my heart will always belong to blues based music on a range from smooth laid back style to straight forward rock'n'roll.
And on top there is the techno of course. Berlin based as being said :):)
I have a solid Mediathek of audiobooks mostly around the topics of communication, self-management, or organizational development. but there are less business related things, too of course. Right now I’m listening to „a brief history of time“ by Stephen Hawking and a really interesting book about embodiment.
