About Me
I'm friendly and easy-going, and interested in pretty much everything. I like to stay active with sports/running/cycling, but also enjoy popcorn and a good movie, or good conversations over a bottle of wine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Looking to meet people, share stories, and generally enjoy good company. There are so many things to see and do that it's hard to fit it all in a single lifetime... Hearing from others I get to live vicariously!

Teach, Learn, Share
I can prove to you that there are different sizes of infinity. The man who first proved this was driven to a nervous breakdown by the result. I can also show you how to juggle, and teach you a few card tricks.
My interests are very broad and I've done my best to try a lot of different things. To give you an idea I did an undergrad in anthropology, a master's in math, did environmental work for a First Nations community in BC (Canada), taught in Honduras, and now I'm doing a PhD in genetics. Hasn't been the best for building a stable career but it's been interesting!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm fun, low-maintenance, and eager to try new things
