Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not really into tourist experiences when visiting a new place; I'd like to have local experiences. Looking forward to meeting new people, exchanging ideas, sharing culture, get to know the most places I can. It's always fun and interesting to know a different way of thinking and a different view of the world. Want to become an authentic globetrotter so bad!

During 2013 summer, me and 2 friends crossed to U.S. We went for a roadtrip; from Ensenada, Baja California, to Pomona, California, to get to that year's Warped Tour and see some of our favorite bands. We couchsurfed and got to stay with different amazing people. Didn't have Couchsurfing account back then; my friend, Alonso (the coolest guy ever), was the one who hooked us up with all hosts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Asking for ride to unknown people at the highway (from Guadalajara, Jalisco, to San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato), dressed up with a sombrero, a poncho, a backpack and carrying a bottle of Tequila with a friend. This was during Mexico's Independence Day celebration, in 2013, and we made it!

Road tripping all over my country and getting to know the richness of every state I've visited :)
