Traveling to New Orleans a couple months ago, the family I met who were so kind and hospitable to take me in and share their life with me made my stay there extremely rewarding.
I truly believe that the experiences traveling to new places are rich and memorable afforded by the friendships made with the people there- the stories that follow are always centered around connections made, more so than hotel aesthetics.

I will listen, and read, and watch anything and everything.
Especially with music, I really love discovering new artists and genres, though I must say I haven't found much interest in heavy metal.
With movies, I do however have a special place in my heart for art-house films (they're like hidden gems, and half the fun is in discovering beautiful productions).
