Grew in Basel Switzerland, moved to USA after hotel school over 25 years ago.
After working in hotels, spend time renovating historic buildings and now 3 years ago moved part-time on a farm, still living in Brooklyn as well.
Winters I travel, as farm work now in summer and I got great family living on my farm.
