Overview
About Me
I'm a 26 years old student, athlet, research analyst and most importantly globetrotter.
I was born and raised in the south of Germany and am currently living and studying in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
From 2014 to 2016 I have spent 27 months abroad. Looking back I can now say that making the effort of leaving my comfort zone in April 2014 is until now the best decision I made. These extensive travels have been the start of a quite addictive desire to travel and explore.
I'm a very kind, open minded, and easy going guy. My life is based on principles that I have learned about during both the hard and the easy way. Integrity, equality, and sustainability are among the most important characteristics I value.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because this website solves the biggest issue I have seen during my travels.
To get to know locals.
I personally don't like crowded and very touristy places. What I want to explore during travels is the true face of a country. Many tourists never get so it, however, for me that's all my travels is about.
I am on Couchsurfing because I want to meet you!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music
I don't think I have favourite musicians but lately I listen to a lot of 60-90s music. Mostly rock, jazz, and blues.
However, I also listen to old school hip hop, and pop. Pretty much everything that fits to my current mood.
Books
I'm a big fan of any book that teaches me more than just words. It ranges from spiritual books, autobiographies, historic novels, and business books, to even my favourite child novels.
Some authors I like a lot are:
Paulo Coelho, Ken Follett, Stieg Larsson, Dan Brown, Robin S. Sharma, Viktor E. Frankl, Peter Thiel, Timothy Ferriss
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked myself from the lowest to the highest education in germany by dedication and motivation.
I also lived for 6 months in a tent in Byron Bay in Australia. Enjoying the sunrises after beach parties and the big jungle family.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am currently learning spanish and am in desperate need to speak the language. If you're fluent in spanish and like to correct others then I might be a good target for you.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to share my knowledge about any of my interests with you. I can try to teach you german, help you to understand the cryptocurrency investment world, teach you boxing, or just share my travel experiences and stories with you.
