About Me
Not really good at describing myself, so here some of my thoughts, that might give you an expression: I grew up in Berlin, in a neighbourhood where people came from all over the world. I never had any problems socialising with people and always loved talking to strangers for hours until we said goodbye like good old friends and most of the time never saw each other again. But what an impact these encounters on me had.
And how often I was confronted with topics that had been in my mind or theirs. Answers to questions came, solutions to problems, ideas and suggestions for the next step in life. You know, after all that, I don't believe in coincidences. I don't believe in God either. At least not in a being that holds the strings of all life in his hands. I believe that we take decisions and by each of them we decide on which path of life we walk. And there is this one that was made just for us. Flows like a river, smooth and with joy. Sure, it sometimes is bumby there too, but it's part of the experience.
I walk on this path from time to time, but If often pulls me away from it and i find myself on paths that bring me nothing but resistance. But I know how it feels and when I realise it and remember, it is just a few steps to go back on it. It is not hard to find it, just hard to stay on it. And when I look out into the world, I have the feeling that I rarely see people who have the chance to walk on their path. And that is what I wish for everyone. To be allowed to go their own way. Every human deserves it and I think it is never to late to find back on it.
Soon I will become a father and that gives me the chance to guide a human being on their path, knowing that I have to let go of thinking what it is and how it looks like. I cannot know. Because it is not about my path. It will be her own. All I can do is encourage the trust, that she will always feel inside of her, what is the right decision to take. Step by step. Until we do our last ones.

I learned a lot from Victor Frankl and Jacques Lusseyran. Two people who survived the Holocaust and wrote books about their life, that deeply moved me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being alive maybe?
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to juggle with three balls, give you some basic instructions for meditations that helped me on my path, how to play the guitar, small qi gong practises and how to do the wim hof breathing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a relaxed person, that can be social but has no problem to be on their own either. I can definitely create a calm and peaceful atmosphere, if I'm in my normal mood. This is a gift I got, and I'm happy for that one. Also I'm cooking a quite good Dal!
