We don't want to give you a free night to sleep. We want to give you and us the chance to spend a beautiful time, to share stories and meet notable people.
With our couch you will meet my wife our three cats an me in our cozy tiny house. We are living on 45 square meters (485 sqft) surrounded by fields and forest. We refurbished and renovated our cabin by our own in 2018. When we are not relaxing in our own little garden we love to go hiking and spend time in the nature. Also we are big USA fans an did many roadtrips there. We love to go camping and live from the back of our car. Maby we will live a van life in the future... Who knows...

OUR COUCH (important to read)

As you can see on the pictures we just have one couch inside. Reasonably comfortable we can give you 1-3 beds. In warm Sommer nights you can also sleep in our garden if you like it. If you are a little crazy and do not value comfort we can give you more beds if you need. But please don't expect a 3 star hotel. Not even one star. As you can see on the pictures we don't have doors in our house not even to the bathroom... You have to be able to handle it. And at night our 3 cats may come and want to be cuddled. It all sounds a bit terrible now, but we promise that it will be really nice with us. If you still want to spend time with us you are allowed do send us a request now. We are looking forward to meet you.
(you can also just come for a nice day. Just hang out with us a few hours. We have tea.)

Area:

Right in front of our city is the well known Rhine river and the legendary seven mountains southeast of Bonn where you can do awesome hikes. The long distance trail "Rheinsteig" goes right along our house. Also not far away is the beautiful "Eifel". If you want so see some castles, ruins, and winemountains you really should stay a few days in this area. We can give you special tips and secret places you should visit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We decided to use couchsurfing to meet people who have the same interests as we do. We want to hear inspiring stories and share ours. Of course, it is also nice to have the opportunity to stay with nice people when traveling and so we want to give others the opportunity to stay with us.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The latest nice thing we saw was an eagle owl that was sitting in front of our living room window at 6 AM. What a wonderful animal.
