I am very Happy, energetic positive person who is openminded and interested in spirituality, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, recently Soma breathwork, psychology, tantra numerology, holistic natural healing, inspire, motivate others. I am very open to learn about holistic healing retreats and events if its to help and volunteer or to take part 😊🙏 I can offer guided meditations and also including Visualization towards your true self and live your true potential workshops. Leading sharing circles, intuitive dance movement sessions and workshops.

In a past 8 years I have been working on personal and spiritual development and it has gave me so much benefits in my life and growth.

I am active and interested in Health) & Well-being. Alongside my full-time jobs I was a Health Coach and had many success stories too.

I believe as human beings we became more disconnected from within and collectively and one of my strong desires is to help people to expand consciousness and the power that we all hold within, bring people and community together.

I now understand how important is to build relationships, care, help and support others on their journey. From recent feedback I am approachable, openminded, caring and brought more energy and smiles on peoples faces, inspirational.

I use social media for mostly useful, positive content to inspire & motivate others. And learn from others too 🙏

I love being in nature, outdoors and I would like to connect and share my experience with those who seek similar experience, I love natural organic healthy food mostly vegetarian but love vegan foods too. I love experimenting and creating new healthy foods and treats. I also would love to learn more about all I mentioned above and create new experiences memories and connect. 😊
