ABOUT ME
I live in Malta whilst teaching English. I lived in Cagliari, Sardinia, for two years from 2011 to 2013, then Vietnam for a year, Poland, the UK, then Vietnam again, and now Malta.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in living life in the here and now, not allowing days to simply go to waste. I believe that you have an obligation to live and do things, and that what counts ultimately is what you do, what you create, the people you touch, and the friends you make.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I signed up a long time ago and never made use of the site. Then, when I had been in Manchester for a while, used it to meet people from other countries who travelled there; going out for a drink, to eat and show them around. Since then I have used the site when I have been abroad; to help me to meet people when I arrive in a new city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went for a drink and became good friends with a couple in Manchester, and I made a great friend in Varna. I stayed with a couple in Paris and overall it's been a positive experience.

Interessen

Dominika - I like walks in nature, watching films, reading and travelling. I love being around children, they are so energetic and they make me feel more alive.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like most genres of film and my favourite films are Malena, Eat Pray Love and Step Brothers. My favourite books are Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I spent the night on the beach on the west coast of Sardinia and watched shooting stars and the next morning swam in the sea.
