Hey travel-mates and hitchhiking-colleagues,

I'm Dominik and on my journeys I like to connect with locals and their specific culture. From Dec 2016 to Apr 2018, I have lived in Colombia where I have met incredible people and made enlightening and moving experiences. I'm grateful to call many Latin Americans as "friends for a lifetime" today. Friends, who invited me to their "casas" and introduced me to their families, friends who taught me the details about their culture and where patiently open for the intercultural views of a "foreigner".

Now, back to Germany, it would be a pleasure to connect with other travellers from time to time, to share experiences and learn a little bit more about our culturally rich world. I don't make distinctions between nationalities, to my experience, sometimes we have the greatest lacks of knowledge of our own countries, that's why we should connect more, especially among the "cold" and "distant" Germans. ;)
