ABOUT ME
I'm back in Montreal after 3 years in Melbourne before I hit the road again. I am kind-hearted, I love people and also enjoy solitude. I am mild-mannered but have a passionate heart. You might see it in my eyes and hear it in my voice. I want to hear people's stories and be inspired by them. I love the dynamism of city life but too bad it comes with too much concrete! I need nature to be in touch with myself.
PHILOSOPHY
Finding peace and happiness inside will help bring peace and happiness to the world. The journey is more important than the final destination!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host and am looking forward to be hosted! I talk about the community around me and encourage people to be part of it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted 2 couchsurfers until now and the experience has been wonderful. They are both great friends now with whom I still keep in touch. I have been hosted in Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico and was mind-blown by the kindness and generosity of my hosts.
Interests
I love travelling, love the mountains, swimming in the ocean, walk on the beach, kayak in a lake, breathe the pure air in a forest... I love books, movies and arts that fill my heart with beauty. When I dance is when I feel alive the most. I paint, draw and knit and I love cooking. I enjoy eating out and and food is one of life's pleasures. I have studied as a massage therapist and Reiki practicioner and have worked in that field for 6 years before moving to Melbourne to turn my life upside down and live a new adventure. I like meditation and try to practise it as much as I can.
