Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people from different cultures and connecting with people from all over the world. The people are what make traveling amazing.

It's a great way to experience the culture authentically and make great memories with new friends.

Interests

I am always down for an adventure, exploring and traveling are very close to my heart. I love singing and jamsessions are never off the table. Acroyoga is one of my favourites and I'd love to find people to do it with and I also love going out dancing.

I used to study journalism and I am really interested in sustainability and culture. Brunch is my favourite meal, and I am trying to perfect my own Eggs Benny.

Nothing beats a good chat and a good laugh amongst friends :)

Music: I listen to music depending on my mood, you get to pick, because anything goes really!

Films: It's a wonderful life, Hector and the search for happiness, Life Story documentary series. I enjoy comedies and romcoms :)

Books: The power of Now, Greek myths and sages, Zen and the environment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I drove 500 km on a motorcycle in Laos and found a cave with my friend Sarah. There was no one else there. When we entered the cave we saw prayer flags hanging everywhere from the ceiling, we climbed down and found a little opening that led us into another cave where we discovered a huge emerald-green lake.

There was a hole in the ceiling where the sunlight barely came through. We went swimming and jumping in this tantalizingly gorgeous yet scary lake and it was absolutely wonderful.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd be more than happy to teach you Acroyoga, and if you want to make music or want to practice singing I'm in every time! I also have a car as long as I am on Vancouver Island :)

I'd love to have a good conversation over brunch or a glass of wine, go out dancing or go for an adventure in nature if you have the time!
