Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to be hosted during my travels, to get to know people, and to stray from the beaten path. I like to see a place through a local's eyes, not those of a tourist. I also hope to meet travelers and share experiences with them, paying acts of kindness forward and host others, in thanks for being hosted myself.
