I like travelling, meeting and conversing with new open minded people.
I'm a very curious person.
I travel alone or with friends, it depends. I enjoy both.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to learn new languages and to discover new cultures.
I don't want to stop, I want to explore.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I used Couchsurfing in Isola del Giglio (Tuscany), I was travelling with my friend around this beautiful region.
Later, in 2018, during my first solo travel I used Couchsurfing in Denmark, amazing experience!

Interests

I was born in Albania, I grew up in Italy, where I spent 16 years of my life, and I have recently moved to Bristol.
I speak albanian, a fluent italian of course, a little french and I'm learning english. I do speak a bit of everything but almost nothing.

I moved to Oxfordshire where I spent almost 9 months and later on I quit my job and I chose to move to Bristol.
I'm here to improve my english and to know as mush as I can about british culture.
I love reading and photography.
I love sports in general, for example in my free time I swimming or jogging.

I live in a share-house with other four housemates and I can't host people, unfortunately.

Last summer, in 2018, I travelled alone around Europe by train. Best experience ever, which helped me to enjoy my own company and to know a lot of people.

I'm a bit pessimist but I'm working on it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like indie & instrumental music: Explosion in the Sky, Sigur Ros, Mumford and Sons, Devendra Banhart and so on, but basically everything that make me shake my hips.
I’ve been reading since I was 10 years old.
Books: On the Road, The Dharma Bums, Desolation Angels, Blindness (Saramago), 1948 (Orwell), Knulp (Hermann Hesse) and female writer like Anais Nin, Simone Beauvoir and Oriana Fallaci.
I love russian writer like Fëdor Dostoevskij and Lev Tolstoj.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014, I "lived" for a month in Paris where I did voluntary work with aged people who suffered from Alzheimer. That was incredible!

In 2015 I had a nice trip around Tuscany, I did camping and I also used Couchsurfing for the first time.

2018: backpacking Europe by train and by myself.
Changing my life by moving to UK.
