My couchsurfing experience:

I've been to a couple of cities, visiting a couple of hosts. At first, I was a bit suspicious about this website, but it proved itself in a very good way. The people that I've met are very friendly and very kind. I couldn't think of any better way than to explore a city with local help, and that is exactly what couchsurfing helped me with.
