About Me
"Voyageur ! voyageur ! Quelle est notre folie !
Qui sait combien de morts à chaque heure on oublie ?
Des plus chers, des plus beaux ?
Qui peut savoir combien toute douleur s'émousse,
Et combien sur la terre un jour d'herbe qui pousse
Efface de tombeaux ?" Victor Hugo, Les feuilles d'automne, 1831

ABOUT ME
Architect and history student in Paris. Ecclectic and passionate. I have been living in Milan so I do pasta and risotto like a god. I like to travel either with friends or solo and I'm into discovering places as much as meeting people. I am not (at all) a morning person, so if it seems I'm dead in my bed at 8 AM it's normal. If I slept less than 7 hours, I may not be able to speak.
If you despise fast-food, TV and like alternative culture, Bio markets, black chocolate, geek bars, jazz show, Napoleon or the Middle Ages, hidden cafes and historic architecture, then you're in the right place!
IMPORTANT : Please don't make request more than 10 days in advance, as I don't know myself what I will do in 10 days most of the time!
To ensure you've read my profile please start your request by stating what's your favorite building in the world (and if you had the chance to visit it!). Very personal messages showing common interests have much more chance to get my attention. It takes time, I know, but that's the game ;)
Failing to validate these easy rules would result in automatic decline of the request.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hosted:
Arevik and Anastasia, Armenia and Russia
Oskar, Andrë and Heiman, Zürich, Switzerland
Surfed:
Charles: Freiburg, Germany
I surfed for the first time some years ago with a friend of mine at a former couchsurfer that he hosted before and it gave me the vibe to host too and meet cool people!
As I live in Paris and consequently receive many requests each day, I like that people read my profile before sending me any request. So please if you want me to host you, show me that you did.
And please remember that CS is not a free-hotel finding plateform.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Did a part of the Compostella path with my best friend (600 km in 20 days by foot)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach french and any aspect of french culture, that's a beginning.
I can teach architecture or history stuff, but also some saxophone.
I can also teach how to make great pasta, and to speak too loudly when you're not even drunk!
I am learning Latin and dancing right now, if you have these skills you are earning some points ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I live in a house near the 12th district of Paris (near the Nation metro station). The room you could sleep in is suspended, and can be accessed by a glass-floor footbridge (but don't be afraid, perfectly without risk!)
I can welcome between 2 and 4 persons, but if you are more than 2, please take the time to explain me what is your travel plan and who are the other persons.
I'm having intense work periods sometimes and I will not be able to host anyone, so you have to try and see, I will always answer you if your demand is cool!
Oh and I don't have curtains yet in that room, so you'll have to deal with being woken up early ;)
