I'm a medicine student at the Miguel Hernández University, One of my biggest dreams is to travel the world and experience other cultures to expand my horizons, but I know I have to start slowly. I enjoy having a good beer and meeting new people, I also like walking through pintoresque streets and see views I've never seen before.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There are two main reasons why I'm here, the first one is that I want to practise my english, here in Spain they teach you how to write and read, but the speaking lessons are very poor and the second one is that I to connect with people around the world, everybody has his own unique experiences and I would like to share some of mine and listen to yours.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love music, almost every kind of it, maybe when I was younger I listened a lot of rock music, now I'm more like electronic music, like future bass, drum and bass, chill... My favourite movies are almost every Tom Hanks movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Her, maybe because I'm some kind of romantic and melancholic combination. I love science fiction movies too (Star Wars!). I read less than I would like, but I should say that I prefer fantastic and adventure novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left my bachelor's degree in chemical engineering one year before finishing it, some people told me that I was mad, because I only had to do one more year, but I studying medicine was my life dream, so I did it anyway. I couldn't be more happy now.

Teach, Learn, Share

My goal with couchsurfing is learning from other cultures, maybe I could stay in some Hostels, but I think the best way to learn is sharing some of our experiences on a relaxed chat. I'm also a great fan of basketball, I was playing in a team when I was younger, but now I'm just playing sometimes with my friends. If you have a ball maybe we can shot some three pointers. I can teach you some basic Spanish if you want to learn too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could tell you the story of how an immigrant family survived in Spain without knowing the lenguage (jk). Maybe a relaxed conversation when we are having a walk, some Spain lifestyle stories or some crazy university experiences, anyway beer is always good so the first round is on me, of course.
