One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

在53岁时，为了摆脱抑郁，单身首次赴美，语言不通，只为了去看看有没有另一种生活，第一次去见网友，让我自信，我可以，我不怕。即使回来面对抑郁的环境，我也多了一些看事情的角度。
At the age of 53, I traveled to the U.S. for the first time alone to break free from depression. I couldn’t speak the language, but I just wanted to see if there was another way of life. Meeting an online friend for the first time gave me confidence—I realized I could do it, and I wasn’t afraid. Even when I returned to the environment that had caused my depression, I gained more perspectives to look at things.
