About Me

For eleven years, I worked as a legislative officer for a high maintenance senator of my beloved Republic of the Philippines. During my government stint, I became a certified weekend warrior. I keep looking forward to the weekend because that is the only time that I can give in to my wanderlust and explore the beautiful islands of the Philippines or visit our ASEAN neighbors.

This year, I am finally saying goodbye to my day job and embrace my dream of backpacking over Europe for three months.

Currently, I'm on the road trying to find my way across Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanna meet like-minded travelers and interact with locals. All my life, I've always wanted to get to know people, learn about their dreams, culture, language, especially their cuisine.

I fell in love with the vibrant couch surfing community after reading about the stories of couch surfers all over the world and I though to myself, I want to live that kind of adventure, too.

Interests

I am an occasional fire dancer. ;) If you're interested, I can even give you some basic tips in zipping or poi dancing. During my spare time, I enjoy concocting new drinks or snacks for my quaint tea shop. I am also a bikram yoga practitioner and an avid mountain climber. In the Philippines, you will never run out of mountains to climb. I'm a certified beach fanatic since I spent my summers in the beautiful beaches of Bohol.
