I like to read, shop and re-decorate my place. I love to sit in the sun and admire nature.

PHILOSOPHY

I have been blessed with good health. I am careful that I don't eat junk, i.e. I prefer to make my own food from an organic foodstore. Perhaps that's why people have noticed that I am very healthy and lively for my age. Yes, excercise is important as well.

I host when I can and would like to find a couch in The Netherlands some day to visit family.

At present I volunteer a lot. I am a hospice volunteer and I help provding and cooking meals for other senior citizens.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love good novels. I also read a lot of how to books, i.e. fine cuisine, living with raw foods, hm they can be so delicious. I am interested in Eastern philosophies, i.e. Buddhism and how to obtain a peaceful mind.

Sunset, shamanic studies, which I still persue.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I can tell you about what I know about the esoteric studies that I have done. I have an idea where the human race is heading if they don't change their ways. If we only knew how powerful we can be if we develop our innate abilities. But so far there are far too many people who believe that when we die it is all over. For me it is a new step in an unknown territory and yes, I believe in re-incarnation.
