About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learning , Watching & Experiencing

ABOUT ME

I'm for food & music & for good company. My last couple of years have been spent working as a sourdough baker, which I've loved and hope I can continue with.

Generally I like to take things slow, (the idea of days crammed full is not my idea of fun). I'm interested in people. I'm comfortable sitting back and taking it all in.

PHILOSOPHY

Living life looking for some reason. Anything to help me to put one foot in front of the other, or vice versa.

Being re-inspired daily by those around me.

Being able to stop once in a while.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My first experiences as a surfer was just before and over christmas and new year in Madrid '09. Really enjoying it.

Been hosting now since I got home late 2010. By the farewell letters on the fridge it looks like we have had over 20 surfers ( actually probably about double that now). Some have stayed with us 2 and even on 3 seperate occasions, so I guess we are doing something right.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'd rather talk about it in person.

But I'm an avid reader, movie watcher and gig goer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Horse riding in Mongolia in the snow was a pretty awesome experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm very interested in languages, so any attempts to help me learn are greatly appreciated. I like to learn about local foods & music in the places I visit.
I don't know what I can teach others, certainly I can help with English.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, France, Ireland, Mongolia, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia
