About Me

Adventure junkie, creative producer, and part-time flaming sword juggler (not based on a true story). I’ve trekked through jungles, crafted epic TV shows, and can cook a mean stir-fry. Whether we’re swapping travel tales, brainstorming the next big idea, or just chilling with a movie, I’m all about making memorable connections. Got a couch? Let’s turn it into a launchpad for awesomeness!

PHILOSOPHY: "Live life a quarter mile at a time."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Firsttime couchsurfing was at my friends' houses in LA and Alhambra. Then I couchsurfed w/ my friend in NYC this summer. They're lifelong friends now!

Interests

I have a great passion inside of me for living life and doing things that are unique in life. I love exploring nature by going on hikes and surfing, and just challenging myself to what's out there. I'm also a photographer and filmmaker by trade, so you can definitely always find me on location or sets working, having a blast.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One moment that I remember is bathing elephants at an Elephant Sanctuary in Chiangmai, Thailand. It was a positively uplifting experience overall.

I also recall another moment wherein it was my first time outside of the US. I found myself in Vietnam for the first time. I had to cross the street coming straight out of the airport. To me, it was pure chaos, with all these speeding cars zipping by left and right, north and south. At the time, there were no stop lights, so you could easily get t-boned if you didn't move at their pace. Weeks later, I became naturalized with the flow of this world, and I was crossing the street with the greatest of ease. It was my first step becoming comfortable with the flow of this worldly slice of life. It marked my first slice of real independence.

Teach, Learn, Share

People who can teach but do so in a manner that's not condescending. Do it with love. Do so with enlightenment.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a huge wealth of knowledge when it comes to the visual arts and media in general. I've been doing filming and photography for well over 20+ years. I'm super patient in that realm and so if you want to learn photography, break out that camera and let's hang out. I'll teach you how to get that shot! Also, if you want to learn about the places I've been around the world, would love to share that knowledge as well.
