About Me
CURRENT MISSION:
Add to my "places traveled" list and subtract from "places I wish to travel" list
ABOUT ME:
I am currently a graduate student studying psychology. I enjoy unique experiences, interesting food, and new people... and food again because eating is one of the greatest joys in life.
I would call myself an outgoing introvert. I generally dislike small talk but love good conversations on just about any topic.
I crave new knowledge. I think thats a requirement for anyone misogynistic enough to get a PhD. I love to learn and I THINK I have some to share :)
PHILOSOPHY:
“A ship is safe in the harbor, but thats not ships are for” - William Sheed
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For a more authentic travel experience; to meeting new people, and hearing cool stories.
I like the social aspect of couch surfing that Hostels and AirBNBs can't provide. I love to hear a local's perspective and get their recommendations on sights and activities.
Unfortunately, I live with a super neurotic dog so my place is not available for hosting. But I'd be happy to meet up and show you around the area.

Teach: Chinese, asian cooking, photography, tennis... and if you are really geeky: scientific research methods, statistics :)
Learn: I'm always hungry to learn from anyone who is expert at what they do. I love to learn how to play an instrument, cook ethnic food, or just cool life-hacking tips.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My subpar cooking skills and coffee snobbery. I also have lots of authentic Chinese things to share :)
