I'm John, I'm from Toulouse in France and after some studies in Communication and Marketing. I decided to travel and I went to Australia for two years with a Working Holiday Visa. I travelled and worked across Australia for more than one year then I stopped and settled in Melbourne for an another year. I found a job as kitchen hand for this period and I was doing freelance jobs for some artists and illustrators next to that.
After that, I travelled across South-East Asia for almost 6 months, from Indonesia, to Malaysia, to Thailand, to Myanmar and Cambodia.
I just came back in France after visiting Munich in Germany and Florence in Italy.
Now I'm looking for a place to settle and find a job.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing means meeting, sharing and helping.
It's the better way to find a place we can like, meet some really nice people and sometimes being help to find somewhere and to discover new things.
It's a good way to travel, to meet new people and share a new experience with foreigners.

兴趣

Travelling, listening some music, reading some books in my hammock, spending some time on my computer to create new projects and doing some research.
I like to share my time, I don't like to spend too much time on my computer if I'm not going enough outside. I'm feeling sick !!!
I like going out and meeting some people but I like also staying home and rest in front of a good movie or with some friends.
I like cooking, I like inviting guests to eat and sharing a good time.

- In music, it's pretty complicated cause I'm listening some much kind ... depending on the moment and the mood. That can be as electronic music (especially Deadmau5, Paul Kalkbrenner, N'To, Worakls, Daft Punk), as french music or even latino music.

- About books, I like writers as Boris Vian, Frederic Beigbeider, Paulo Coelho or even Stephen King.

- To finish and about movies, I like directors as Cedric Kaplish, Michel Hazanavicius, Alain Chabat & Dominique Farrugia, Christopher Nolan, Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino, James Mangold, Cohen Brothers and Scott Brothers, Wim Wenders, Clint Eastwood or even Martin Scorcese.
