Always a new current favorite musician or band, previous include Aurora, CocoRosie, Garbage, Blues Traveler, Soundgarden, Amanda Palmer, Ben Folds, Beastie Boys, Silversun Pickups, almost anything from the late 90s and 2000s, select world music and rock from around the world.

Movie favorites include Empire Records, Run Lola Run, Pi, LOTR and almost any fantasy, The Fountain and almost any sci-fi.

Favorite authors include Jim Butcher, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Mercedes Lackey, JRR Tolkien, Anne Bishop, Robert Jordan, and so many more fantasy and sci-fi authors. Oh and fiction but hard to categorize, a favorite book is Habitation of the Blessed by Catherynne Valente- so good I had to stop periodically and ponder.
