About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn to play Scruggs-style banjo!

ABOUT ME

Hi!
I'm a friendly person, currently living and working in New-York city, originally from Jerusalem, Israel. I've always been a city boy, so I'm always happy to hang out in the big city and explore new places. I enjoy the company of other people, and I'm happy to help when I get the chance.

Oh, and I don't smoke.

PHILOSOPHY

How great it would be to be nice to people for a change!
I think it's important to take a good look around, keep an open mind, be aware of the narrow perspective through which you're looking, and try to have fun in this one lifetime we get.
It's great to explore, try, and enjoy what we find in this world, and in the end it's all about the people around us, those we choose and those that life chose for us.
I believe that good advice is priceless, and that giving advice is an art.
It only take awareness, and a small push in the right direction in order to start rolling.
Have fun in life, try not to stay in the same place for too long, stay away from attention seekers and experience the world through your emotions.
Be patient, but not too patient. Be quick to love and slow to judge. Was it Dick van Patten who said: "If you label me, you negate me"?
Peace!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm an active CS host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed couches in Australia, New-Zealand, and later France. Those were very positive experiences for me - I really like the CS community, and I hope it never changes.

I have been hosting in New-York, and I used to host in Jerusalem, Israel.

Interests

I'm into all kinds of things - like reading, music, urban exploration, human interaction, languages, old computer games, playing squash (not too good though), and laughing. I'm a big fan of good night sleep.
