About Me

12/2025
I want to add something personal: I’m not my country. I oppose the war and grieve the immense loss and destruction in Gaza. For nearly two decades, Couchsurfing has been a space of human connection, openness, and meeting people beyond labels. Living with war and constant uncertainty is not something I’d wish on anyone. I’m open to conversation, but who I am can’t be reduced to where I was born or live.

I love meeting new people, going out, exploring new places (or old ones with new friends), and filling my days with things that make me laugh or feel alive.
Movies, stand-up comedy, concerts—anything that brings good energy, I’m in.
I get excited easily, and people sometimes say I have too much energy…
I disagree. Energy is like money—you can always find something fun to do with it.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to pretend I have a deep philosophy… so I just try to be kind and enjoy it while I'm here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the past few years, I’ve mostly been meeting travelers and locals while I’m on the road—sometimes one-on-one, sometimes in group meetups.
Almost always, the moments I remember most from my trips are the people I met along the way and the experiences we shared.
From a good bottle of white wine to a random bingo night, to a boat ride, to a three-day trip in Bratislava, these are the things that stuck with me.

I’m grateful for almost two decades in this community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I’ve met so many incredible people who welcomed me with kindness and generosity. I feel genuinely lucky to have crossed paths with them, and I can’t thank them enough. My Couchsurfing journey has been overwhelmingly positive—from shared meals and late-night talks to friendships that keep traveling with me.

Interests

Let’s go out. Let’s go dancing. Let’s just walk around the city.
Let’s meet some people who were strangers five minutes ago..!
Let’s go see or do something we’ve never done before, worst case, we enjoy it :)

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC

Mmmm… nothing I can safely write here if I still want people to like me.
Let’s just say music is not my strongest quality.

MOVIES

New, funny, dramatic, long, short, Marvel - as long as there’s no violence 🙏
Just let me stare at a screen; honestly, it’s probably the only thing that can actually make me quiet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

6 months of meeting plenty of CSers all over Europe!!
4 months of meeting people in the US.
1 amazing Christmas dinner.
1 Midburn (regional Burning Man in Israel) pretty much changed my life.
But I want to think that the really amazing things are still ahead!

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I'm still on the learning side..
But I know these two things: do things that make you happy as long as you don't hurt anyone in the process. We die alone, but need to try to live together.
I can also try to make you laugh, I think that is always useful!
