My name is Dor. I live in a town near Tel Aviv, Israel with my family: my mother, father and two little brothers . I love to travel and expand my mind and interests and am going to dedicate a lot of time to do just those things.

Interests

First off I love to travel and by travel I mean hiking and backpacking. What better way is there around if not through beautiful landscapes and amazing scenery?

Second of all there's the guitar. I've been playing the electric guitar for about 9 years now and am proficient in both the 6 string and 7 string guitars.

Drinks - not much of a drinker but when it comes to beer or scotch I'm your man!

Cuisine - for one, I love cooking. It's fun to tingle your senses before a good meal plus, it always tastes better after you've worked for it. In addition to just cooking I find great interest in various cultural foods and love to try out or at least learn about various cultural cuisines.

Video games - also a small fan of video games - mainly fantasy. Games I like: The Witcher series, Warcraft, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, Skyrim, Assassin's Creed franchise, Halo franchise and so on...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Dream Theater is my favorite band of all times.
I also like Classical music, Jazz, Metal (mostly progressive), Rock (also mostly progressive), Irish music (who doesn't?), some Pop music and so on.

Movies - Inception, Shutter Island, Fight Club, The Matrix, Forrest Gump, Batman the Dark Knight trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Hobbit trilogy, The Shawshank Redemption, Tarantino's movies, and the list goes on and on.

Books - even though English is my second language, I tend to read more in English than I do in Hebrew. The books I like are:

Harry Potter series
Everything from J.R.R Tolkien concerning The Lord of the Rings
A Song of Ice and Fire
And so on and so on...
