I went to Hawaii and worked as a valunteer for people who were on recovery.
Our group helped the people who signed up for the program to create new goals, new harmony, inner peace and resolutions to change their life for the better. They were so happy!
They have never imagined, that they could a life of peace and joy they never knew before, with such a simple and quick method.

I practiced yoga on a very high bridge in the middle of the city during daytime over the traffic
