Overview
About Me
I am a 29 year old Chinese American, born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles. I enjoy learning about cultures and trying new experiences and most of all, trying new foods. I am soft-spoken, a bit shy, down to earth, and adventurous. I'm pretty laid back and generally go with the flow. I grew up in a big family, with 2 sisters and 2 brothers. I currently have 7 nieces and nephews.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and have always wanted to try couchsurfing.
In Dec 2017, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have finished my treatment and would like to do something fun and exciting before returning to work.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I listen to almost anything on the radio such as alternative rock, pop, EDM, R&B... recently I've been listening to AJR and Chvrches.
Movies: I watch all movies except for horror. It's just a tad bit too scary for me :P. My favorite genre would either have to be romantic comedies or action.
Books: Recently, I've been reading self help or biographies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have run the LA marathon after 1.5 months of training.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my life experiences. I can teach you how to fold an origami paper crane, or teach you some Mandarin. :P (Unfortunately, can't think of anything off the top of my head at the moment)
