ABOUT ME

My name is Dora, I'm 30 years old, and after 5 years of being away, I'm back in Budapest again. I spent four years in Israel, where I studied and worked, and a bit over a year in Italy (Torino) doing volunteer work with disabled people. I came back to Budapest in December 2013, and I currently work at the Israeli Cultural Institute, but I have also worked in a hostel, and guided tours in Budapest. I have recently finished my masters degree in psychology, but haven't yet started working in the field. When I finished I decided that now it's the time to give chance to music, which I always wanted, but didn't have the courage to really devote myself to it. Now I have a band, and I'm doing my best to build it, write songs, arrange shows, and become successful. The name of the band is "Kicsi a Világ", which means "It's a small world", you can check us out on youtube or facebook :) I love traveling, music, singing, reading, writing, movies, finding out new stories, and discovering the world.

When I have time I'm happy to host people, as it is a really nice way of getting to know the world. I have hosted several people, before my Masters, and now I have more time again, so write me, and if I can I'll try to host you. Also, when I travel around, I really enjoy choosing this way of finding an accommodation, because it give me so much more than just staying somewhere, it's always so nice to be hosted by locals, have some tips, hear about their experiences.

I love learning from artists and musicians who actually work on that field, because i find it fascinating that they are actually going for what they enjoy doing. I love learning from people who are learning about themselves, have experiences and like to share what they learned from them. I love learning from people who inspire.
