ABOUT ME
Hmm...I think it's always pretty hard to describe yourself because there is always this gap between your self-perception and the perception by others and the behaviour often depends on the person you're interacting with.I think in general I'm an openminded, helpful and welcoming person. Sometimes kind of shy and sometimes really outgoing. Normally talkative but I like intensiv moments of silence. Love watching people how they move and act in there surroundings. I love cooking with and for friends. I like to have a good time and make sure that everyone I'm with is having a good time, too. I enjoy to go out with friends, go dacing and have fun. But I also like to stay at home, reading a book, listening to music or having a good conversation/ discussion. I like to discover the small things, to be pleased about short moments and just to enjoy and to appreciate every single sunray, soap bubble, glass of wine, good song, moment with my friends,... I'm not a hippie I'm just hedonistic :). I study social sciences and my studies are pretty interesting and fascinating thats why I try to read a lot of texts and theories. I hope to figure out why some social structures are like they are. Especially I'm interested in Gender Studies.I don't like making personal description because I feel egocentric always using "I"....
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I made a lot of good couchsurfexperiences. I surfed a lot of couches in France (and also in other countries). Starting with a fantastic first time in Paris followed by nice stays in Montpellier and La Rochelle. Last summer I travelled the south of France and Suisse with 3 friends for a month only staying at couchsurfers places. The last year I hosted several people in Marburg. (Almost) Every single meeting with couchsurfers was nice, amusing, interesting,...!
Interests
I'm interested in travelling and to meet people to learn more about other countries and cultures. I like to read and visiting the theater, cinema or a museum. I also love cooking and dancing.

Music, Movies, and Books
movies: I have no special favourite movie or genre. But normally I prefere political and dramatic movies. And it's really hard to find a good comedy most of them are so stupid, just reproducing clichés and stereotypes.music: rock(indie, alternative, classic,...), electro, balkanbeats (for dancing) and classical music. Some bands I really like: Muse, We Were Promised Jetpacks, Editors, Interpol,Bodi Bill, The XX, Caribou, The Gaslight Anthem, The Strokes, Ratatat, Dear Reader, The Sounds, Sound Team, Crystal Fighters, The Distillers, Gisbert zu Knyphausen, Hundreds, Santigold, The Smiths, Friska Viljor, Radiohead, Belle and Sebastian, Mumford&sons, Rue Royale, The Organ, Talking to Turtles.... and so onbooks: jonathan franzen, lion feuchtwanger, hermann hesse, franz kafka, philipp roth, frank mccourt,... there are so many writers and books I like.
