Hello, I am Yun, from Taiwan. I am a passionate little girl towards the big world. Italy is like my second home out of my own country, I love the atmosphere, the art, the food, the culture and people here. I come for studying shoe design and making, and maybe start to work or live in later on. I am also learning italian, since language is always the media to connect with another part of the world and will find some clues in it. Despite I like Italy, I love my own country Taiwan, and the asian culture very much. I love traveling a lot, I love nature, like hiking in the mountains or going to the beaches. I love culture, history, food, arts, and anything which can be my inspirations. Though sometimes I am quiet, will self-learning or watch a movie at home, I always eager to know people during my journey, and find our connections, share our experience together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I love traveling very much. And by the time I had lived in Sweden two years ago, I know there are a lot of differences from different parts of the world. I am such a curious person, and I like to explore. I love the way I meet people during my journey and share everything together. I think traveling and meeting people are the things I would never stop doing in my lifetime. That's why I am here.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I programmed a summer camp as a volunteer for a village school in a remote place in China. I was there as a teacher and share opinions on education in different countries. I learned how we can bring hope and how important is experiences sharing.

I built school with the locals in a poor area of Cambodia and taught english as a volunteer. I saw how difference it could be in different corners of the world.

I went free-camping in mountain and beach in Taiwan, which make me treasure our nature so much. And I learn the most nature way to get along with people surrounding you, and live a simple life.
