ABOUT ME

Hey there, I am Dori. I am originally from an area 1h south of Dresden. A few months ago I moved back to my lovely Dresden/Neustadt neighborhood after being away from Dresden for almost 10 years. I work (soon part time...yayyyy ) as a teacher and love having enough time for different interests and hobbies. At the moment I am trying to get better in climbing and bouldering and love spending time in nature like Sächsische Schweiz. I also love going to concerts, good techno parties or festivals and dance my ass off. I just organized a burn (burning men festival) with a group of people close to Dresden. I am a gemini (not that astro signs are super important for me :) ) but my chart says the following and I think that's very true: "You have a dynamic, quick-witted and curious personality with a child like energy which is often scattered in a million directons." I guess that describes me pretty well. I am super interested in a lot of things but usually don't have enough time to do everything. A politically left-wing, anti-fascist, feminist self-image is very important to me. NO place for Homophobia, Sexism, Racism, Fascism and Hate here!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet people from all over the world because through these encounters I get to know new things, philosophies and other ways of life. I have an apartment for myself and its way too big for me and too quiet usually. :) So it would be great to have people here.

Interests

I am pretty much up for everything and always curious in trying new things. I love to do sports and be outside. I am trying to get better in climbing, go bouldering, ride my bike or skateboard and do yoga or Acroyoga from time to time. I love dancing and going to concerts. And I love having nice talks about important social, psychological or political topics.
