Hi everyone I am currently Attending Muhlenberg College and plan to graduate with a degree in Business in 2017. I am spending a semester at Maastricht University in the Fall of 2015 and am traveling Europe before my studies start. I love meeting people and doing adventurous things, and living like the locals do is one of my favorite parts of traveling. I always seek to find places and activities that locals do instead of touristy ones. I also love anything outdoors like hiking. When I am not at school I live in one of the best locations in the east coast of the United States in my opinion. I am 30 minutes from Philadelphia and within 3 hours of NYC,D.C, Baltimore,Atlantic City and so many other awesome spots.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing to find places to stay while I travel Europe and to meet people do accompany me on some awesome trips and experiences. Like every other University student I am attempting to travel while on my poor students budget and I would rather spend my money on experiences rather then beds. I also want to experience how locals live in Europe and want to really get an experience of a lifetime that I could not receive by not connecting with locals via Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is really what ever is on, I can listen to anything and like most of it. My favorite Movie would have to be Miracle about the 1980 USA hockey team. And my favorite books are any book that is about history or military history, I am a history nerd and love going to historical sights and learning a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done is Travel all across the United States. Some of my favorite trips include hiking in Arizona and the Grand Canyon,Hiking the Adirondack Mountains and The Appalachian Trail. I also love exploring Philadelphia,D.C and NYC, because every time you will do or see something new and its really a treat to go visit every time you see some of the East Coasts best cities.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to host anyone who I meet or stay with while in Europe. My home is in a suburban area with a lot of green grass and trees. The train station is 5 minutes from my house and from there you can go to any major city by train. My house also is in an area that hosts a lot of revolutionary war battles and Valley Forge. Not only is Philadelphia one of the greatest places and is so close but the airports train line comes right to my train station. And by car or bus the different adventures are endless like the beach, West Pennsylvania and so much more.
