About Me
ABOUT ME
A new backpacker exploring this continent far far away from my hometown. I enjoy music, wine, fun, art, sports(sometimes), talking to people, meeting people from all over the world. It's a pity that I don't speak a lot of European languages, but I am eager to communicate and understand people from a different cultural background :)
PHILOSOPHY
When facing something unknown, try to understand it, not to conquer it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My adventurous friends introduced me to this :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Had my first couch surfing experience in Oostende, Belgium. It's a beautiful city with a lovely beach. Our host was so nice and friendly. I had a good time with her and her two beautiful cats. Couldn't spend a lot of time with her though because we only stayed there for on day. But it was an awesome first-time couch-surfing for me! This experience really gives me faith to this network. It motivates me to couch-surf more and to host people when i go back to my home country.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy movies that move people, and that have philosophies. I like electro and rock music. I also like acoustic guitar. My favorite books are harry potter series and anything from Sarah Waters and Philip Pullman.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had been to the Philippines, Ireland, Australia, Macau and Thailand for debating. It's a unique way of travelling because I was not only engaged with the country culturally but also intellectually. In each debate tournament there's a country-specific round. I met a lot of brilliant debaters and had really nice and deep discussions about the their home countries. The knowledge i gained from them makes travelling the country much more meaningful.
Teach, Learn, Share
I do debate. I am in a politically active circle in my university. I want to learn about life stories of other people: what they do , what they believe in, what they are fighting for.
Countries I’ve Visited
